Open Access Statement

The Journal of Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence (JITCAI) is a fully open access journal. All content is freely available immediately upon publication without charge to readers or their institutions.

Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, and use the full text of published articles for any lawful purpose without requesting prior permission from the publisher or the authors. This policy is consistent with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of Open Access.

All articles published by JITCAI are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License. This license permits unrestricted use, distribution, reproduction, adaptation, and commercial reuse in any medium, provided appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are indicated.

Authors retain copyright of their work while granting JITCAI the right of first publication under the CC BY 4.0 license.
